Learn this transition:



First, open up your image in Photoshop. Duplicate the image and desaturate it.

Set the duplicated layer to Hard Light. Duplicate the base layer and paste it on top. Set this layer to Luminoscity at 45% opacity.

Duplicate the base layer and paste it on top. Set this layer to Soft Light at 100% opacity. Now create a new layer and fill it with the colour #A5CFB0 and set that to Soft Light at 75% opacity. And you have your finished image:
