Learn this transition:



First, open up your image in Photoshop. Duplicate the image and set it to Soft Light.

Duplicate the base layer, bring it to the top and set it to Soft Light too. Your image will probably now look a bit like this:

Now create a new layer and fill it with the colour #00FF00 and set that to Lighten at 68% opacity:

Duplicate the base layer, bring it to the top and set it to Hard Light. And you have your finished image:
