Learn this transition:



First, open up your image in Photoshop. Duplicate the image and set it to Overlay.

Now create a new layer and fill it with the colour #FDC8E0 and set that to Lighten at 100% opacity. Your image will probably now look a bit like this:

Now create a new layer and fill it with the colour #D21240 and set that to Hue at 45% opacity. And you have your finished image:
