Learn this transition:



First, open up your image in Photoshop. Duplicate the image and despeckle (or decrease the noise) it. Set that to Lighten.

Now create a new layer and fill it with the colour #F3ECA1 and set that to Multiply at 25% opacity. Your image will probably now look a bit like this:

Now duplicate the base layer, drag it to the top and set it to Overlay at 75% opacity. And you have your finished image:
