Adding Categories

Categories in Cutenews are groups of blogs that usually relate to the same topic, or are in some way similar that they have been grouped together. To add a new category, login to your Cutenews Control Panel and click Options >> Edit Categories. Once you get there, fill in the name, icon URL (if you have one) and Category Access for your category. If you are the only one who uses your Cutenews, choose Admin Only.

If you wish to only display one category on your site where your blog is, open the .php file with your blog and where it says $category=1; pick the ID of your chosen category (the ID should come up once you have saved it at the bottom of the Edit Categories screen). To add multiple categories just seperate them by a comma and if you want to show all categories, simply remove that portion of code.
